
Prabhakar K. Ram grew up in Jersey City, attended number 5 and 6 grammar school and Dickinson H.S. He received his Bachelors in Biology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. After his bachelors degree he decided to go to University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He attained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in May of 2001 and passed the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Parts I, II, III, IV, and Physical Therapy.
Soon after graduation from Chiropractic college Dr. Ram started work at a clinic in Paterson N.J. Few months later he decided to open his own practice and in January 2002 started AARYA CHIROPRACTIC. Always feeling home in Jersey City, he established this clinic to provide for the people in the community that he grew up in. In 2008 he opened a second office in Edgewater N.J. to serve the people of Bergen county, the region he currently resides in.
In 2006 he attained his certification in Manipulation under Anesthesia (MUA). In 2007 in joined the American Academy of Hospital Chiropractors (AAHC). He is currently in the credentialing process of being affiliated with Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center in Secaucus, N.J. He is also a member of Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC).
His aim is to truly provide proper attentive hands on medical chiropractic and rehabilitative care. Dr. Ram focuses on providing the proper time and effort needed through spinal adjustment/mobilization, rehabilitation, and a healthy lifestyle to bring a patient out of their ailing state. He works together with general practitioners, orthopedists, neurologits, pain managements specialists, massage therapists, podiatrists, physiatrists, acupunturists, and other health care professionals to make sure the patient will get the best care that is possible for them.
